Terms & Conditions: “Service First, Pay Later”
1. The “Staging Server” Protocol. All development work is hosted exclusively on Amadeus Lab private staging servers. The client will receive a preview link to monitor progress in real-time but will not have access to source code, database credentials, or administrative backends until the final payment is confirmed in full.
2. Pricing & Resource Premium. Projects under this scheme are subject to a 18% to 25% premium over standard rates to account for dedicated resource allocation and risk management. Standard rates only apply to clients following regular upfront or 50/50 payment milestones.
3. Milestone Response Requirement. To maintain project momentum, the client must provide feedback or approval on any reached milestone within 72 hours. Failure to respond within this window may result in project suspension to prioritize active clients.
4. Final Payment & Project Disposal. Once the project is complete, the client has 48 hours to clear the total invoice. If payment is not received within this 48-hour window, Amadeus Lab reserves the right to immediately discard the project, dismantle the staging site, or recycle custom-developed modules. No deployment to live domains or app stores will occur until the invoice is cleared.
5. Commitment Fee & Third-Party Costs. A non-refundable “Commitment Fee” is required to initiate resource scheduling, the amount of which is decided by the company based on project scale. Additionally, all third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, API keys, hardware for R&D) must be paid upfront.
6. Right to Amend. Amadeus Lab reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
